A moment to step back

Something important needs your team’s attention

Plans need connecting. Decisions keep circling. Growth or change has raised new questions about how you lead and work together.

You want time away from the day-to-day to think clearly with your team. You want to participate fully yourself, with someone else holding the flow of the day.

A thoughtfully designed offsite creates space to explore what matters, hear different perspectives and agree how you will move forward.

The value of an outside partner

From familiar conversations
to a way forward

01

Move towards outcomes that build momentum

Our role is to help your team move from familiar conversations into clear decisions, tangible outputs and a realistic action plan with clear ownership. That gives the team something practical to carry into its work, and a basis for sustained momentum and growth.

02

Take part fully as a team

You can hear colleagues’ perspectives, think alongside them and contribute as part of the team, while we hold the agenda, pace, energy and group dynamics. Leadership accountability and decisions stay with you and your team.

03

Bring a fresh outside perspective

An independent thinking partner offers thoughtful questions and observations that can be difficult to generate from inside the organisation.

There is room to reflect and speak honestly, with a clear thread towards practical decisions and next steps. We bring structure, curious observation and constructive challenge. Your team retains ownership of its decisions and action.

When this work can help

What might be bringing
you together?

  • The team keeps returning to the same conversations. You want to understand what is keeping an issue in place and agree practical next steps.
  • Important concerns surface privately, after decisions or through friction in the work.
  • People wait for the founder or CEO’s view, agree quickly or direct every question back to the leader.
  • Functions are working hard, but priorities, dependencies and plans do not connect.
  • You repeatedly find yourself resolving disagreements, interpreting priorities and clarifying ownership.
  • Growth, new leadership or a strategy shift has left people working from different assumptions.
  • Previous offsites led to useful discussion, but actions, ownership or follow-through were hard to carry forward.

Before, during and beyond

A thoughtful process around the day

The facilitated day sits within a wider engagement, giving your team time to prepare and something useful to carry forward.

  1. 01

    Discover and design

We begin with a discovery meeting to understand your priorities, the team’s current situation and what would make the offsite useful. We review agreed background materials and design the agenda around your intended outcomes.

  2. 02

    Reflect and prepare

A tailored asynchronous reflection experience gives each attendee time to prepare their perspectives, priorities and questions. Their responses help shape the work we do together.

  3. 03

    Gather and work together

We facilitate a full day in person, designed around your company’s situation. Coaching-led conversations, practical activities and constructive challenge make room for reflection, help the team work through important questions and support clear decisions and shared commitments.

  4. 04

    Synthesise and consolidate

We bring together the material created before and during the day, then return for a playback and consolidation session. Together, we sense-check the synthesis, confirm agreed commitments and decide practical next steps. We distinguish agreed actions from proposed priorities and open questions.

What you take away

Clear commitments.
A practical way forward.

Your team takes away two practical artefacts, shaped around the purpose of the engagement and the work you do together.

Team Commitments

A co-created document capturing how you agree to lead and work together. Depending on your needs, this may cover communication, decisions, collaboration, accountability and handling friction.

Alignment & Action Map

A clear view of the priorities, decisions and next steps emerging from the work. Where agreed, it can include dependencies, owners, support needed and a focused 30- or 90-day plan.

We preserve your team’s language and distinguish agreed commitments from proposed priorities and open questions.
